Job Description:

Bishop Content Studio is seeking a creative, knowledgeable Professional Organizer (or aspiring organizer!) to create, write, post and optimize for our incredible PO clients. Primary platforms are Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

But First, the Deets!
Job duties include the following:

• Sourcing and creating social media content in the form of tips, quotes, product recommendations, etc for professional organizer clients.

• Creating accompanying social media graphics using Canva. No deep design skills are required - templates are created by our graphic designer. However, comprehensive working knowledge of Canva is a must.

• Writing social media captions using client voice and branding style. Clear voice and sentence structure along with accurate grammar is critical.

• Scheduling content in advance using Planoly or Later.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and ability to make adjustments to hashtags, posting time of day and other factors to increase post reach.

• Availability to check Instagram and Facebook at specific times to ensure that manual posts go out on time (usually 12pm PST).

• Posting to and managing Google My Business pages.

• Able to adjust your writing style to fit clients’ unique voice, brand and style.

• Protect client confidentiality at all times, including sensitive login information, and clients’ personal privacy (and in turn the personal privacy of their clients).

• Demonstrate the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.

• Strong time management and personal organization skills (duh!)

• Attention to detail.
